Rarissime.” “A very rare map taken from Coronelli’s “”Teatro della Guerra diviso in XXXXVIII parti”” published in Venice (though the front page says Naples) between 1706 and 1709. The collection contains hundreds of views, geographic maps and sea charts depicting the entire world. Ermanno Ermao, who studied Coronelli’s production, wrote “”it is not easy to determine how many and which are the volumes that belong to the collection “”. The volume that describes the Kingdom of Naples has been published in 1707. Some of the maps derive from those already published in the Isolario in 1696, with minor changes; nonetheless, the majority of the views has been realized exclusively for this collection. Copper engraving, in perfect condition. Extremely rare.”
